Weight management courses:
a 10 week course designed for weight loss and toning under supervision of fitness professional. Weekly meetings, exercise and food diary makes this course personal and effective. See a member of staff for more information
Personal training:
Why not book a course with a personal trainer? Together you will establish a target to reach, whether it is to change body shape, improve fitness or muscular strength, or all of the above. Your personal trainer will design an exercise plan which will maximise the impact of exercise and health living for you to reach your target within 10 weeks.
Cholesterol testing:
Test your cholesterol level and biological age to determine the stresses your lifestyle has had on your heart and body. It is never to late to do something about it!
Health check:
Test your health & fitness through body fat checks, blood pressure checks, working and resting heart rate checks. Then sit down with your fitness professionals to devise a plan on how to improve your all over health & fitness, and finalise with a second test after a set period of time.
Body stat testing:
Test your body fat, lean tissue and water percentage using this electronic tool. The result can predict bone or muscle deficiency, and dehydration levels.
