An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Club Manager at the commercial Fitness Centre for Brunel University.

Energy Fitness is a rapidly developing company that have recently been recognised as an “Investors in People” company, which is reflected in the excellent staff training, development and promotional opportunities that are offered to all staff.

You will require a minimum of 2 years commercial management experience, with a proven track record in sales and people management skills are essential.

The Brunel Fitness Centre has been established for 7 years with a current fitness team of 3 full time employees and 4 part time employees.

The Health & Fitness Club will undergo a refurbishment programme with the view of raising the service standards in line with Brunel’s vision of becoming a recognised centre of sporting excellence. The Club will comprise a 60 station fitness station, x2 treatment rooms and studio. There are currently over 1000 members.

You must be pro-active, determined, focused and willing to ‘go the extra mile’. We believe this club will be enormously challenging, but equally rewarding.
